Laser Armor Steel Conduit

Our flexible steel armor conduit are manufactured from high-quality stainless steel wire (grades 204 and 304), which is first flattened into a precision strip and then spirally wound into a continuous, flexible conduit. Through specialized tooling, the strip edges are formed into either a single-overlap joint (Single-Wrap / Squarelock) or a double-interlocking profile (Double-Wrap / Interlock), offering tailored mechanical performance for diverse applications. The flattened strip ensures a smooth inner surface, minimizing abrasion to internal fibers, while the spiral winding provides excellent flexibility without compromising structural integrity.
